Key responsibilities

Achieve sales target through leads generation & close follow-up on leads generated by company from various channels.
Generate and respond to sales leads assigned by team leader timely and effectively.
Responsible in handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally for our Corporate and Commercial customer.
Leads management such as monitoring sales pipeline, maintaining records of contacts, accounts and journey in CRM system.
Provide pre-and-post sales support while ensuring accurate completion of the acquisition, renewals and other supporting documents (such as contestability forms, GIRO forms etc.).
Work closely with the team leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to attain committed targets.
Adherence to established guidelines, procedures and quality standards set by relevant authorities and management.

Key requirements

What you'll need for this grand task.

Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity
Experience in the Electricity Retail business is an added advantage
Minimally 'A' Levels or Diploma holder in relevant field
Sales-driven mentality with the ability to close deals
Team player with positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Meticulous with knowledge of Microsoft Office
